The Quicksilver is a 55ft power catamaran that holds up to 149 passengers. Leaving out of Ma'alaea Harbor Slip 103, behind the Coast Guard Station, Quicksilver departs with only 80 people at the maximum. Free Parking! Maui Dinner Cruise Menu: Hand Carved Roasted Prime Rib. Pineapple Grilled Chicken with Ginger Soy Glaze. Rosemary New Potatoes. Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons and Parmesan. Tropical Fruit Salad with inseason fruit. Fresh Vegetable Medley.
