Maui, being one of the most romantic spots on Earth witnessed from this sunset cruise will take all of your cares and worries away. Following the sunset, the golden sky goes into slumber while the twinkling lights of Lahaina and Kihei lights up as Haleakala' s peak disappears into a wreath of clouds. FRESHLY PREPARED CUISINE: Chef Kelly's guava glazed baby back ribs, are so tender they fall right off the bone. We're NOT talking about catered boat food delivered hours in advance and kept warm. We're talking about big racks of marinated baby backs, grilled on-board, exhibition style, and served hot off the grill. On the lighter side of savory cuisine, you will enjoy delicious select breast of chicken, marinated in a roasted garlic chardonnay sauce. Our vegan guests love the beautiful medley of vegetables, roasted in fresh garlic and EVOO. Asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, red and yellow peppers, onions and garlic, pair nicely when piled high on a bed of garlic fettuccini. The artichoke and parmesan dip with fresh garlic, served warm with croustini is a delightful side dish.
